Spoke with someone in their “sales department.” One of the most unprofessional sales professionals I’ve ever spoken with. Doesn’t know how to listen. Cuts you off in mid-sentence. Doesn’t seem to care. In my opinion “sales” is a very bad career choice for this person!

We rented fencing and we’re very happy with the price, delivery, and picking. Amber Weed was the rep who served us and she was great to work with. They even sent us extra fencing, which saved us since we actually needed just a little bit more than we ordered. Thank you!

Great company to do business with. Super easy to upgrade/downgrade your services when needed. Nothing is ever a problem for Mark, in Sales. Very easy to schedule an extra service if your garbage is overflowing. Usually happens within a few days. Thank you so much!

Driver almost hit my truck this morning December 2 on 48th and 208th cross road. Was pulling up to a red light to make a left turn onto 208th and half way up the lane the driver pulled into my lane. Causing me to slam on my brakes to prevent hitting into the garbage truck and considering it's snowy out with slippery roads it was quite upsetting. The fact that when I honked at the driver when I pulled up beside him to give him a heads up to slow down and he honked back at me was in poor taste on his end. I contacted the company directly the fellow who took the information was pleasant and polite and took the license plate and advised he would speak with the driver, honestly I hope he does that area has so many families and kids walking to school it's dangerous and to boot it's slippery out.

We've had a very good experience working with Maple Leaf. When we needed to change services (increase / decrease) they were quick to respond and helpful. If any issues came up, the customer care team handled them well and efficiently. Professional and supportive of the ever-changing needs of small business life.

There is no cancelation they keep charging you do not get this company there are alot better ones online and easy to use like WM

We have used Maple Leaf for our event two years in a row now. They are exceptionally professional and provide amazing service! Amber and the team do a great job of ensuring we are well looked after, they are prompt in service and communications and we will definitely look to use them for future events.

The garbage disposal drivers are terrible. They hit my fence causing damage and drove away without even stopping. When I approached their operations manager they demanded video evidence despite my parents eye witnessing the incident. Rather than taking responsibility for their actions, they ran away saying it wasn't them. I have now installed multiple cameras and the drivers are aware they are being watched so they don't dare do it again. I have been in touch with the restaurant manager who is using the bins and unfortunately they are stuck with this company until the contract expires. Do not do use this company as they are not socially responsible and their drivers are careless when it comes to respecting others property.

Drivers consistently block the busiest bus stop during rush hour (for the 99 B-line outside of Shoppers Drug Mart on Commercial/Broadway). The bus comes so frequently, there is no clear window of time for the trucks to roll up all the way to the Shoppers to do their thing. Can they figure out how to stop their truck a few feet behind the section painted bright red for the bus lane? It’s not impossible. I’ve seen a few operators collect the 2 bins from Shoppers just fine without blocking it. It will never be done if nobody tells them.
