I am highly impressed with the Velocity service. Ron looked over my bike asked a few questions and took it to the truck to work on. The bike was operating fairly well but in the time he had allotted he installed a wheel lock, added a rack on the back and replaced brake pads and realigned the the back brakes. I now confidently use my bike as my primary transportation around Barrie.

I have never had a tube up done on a bike before but knew that I needed it. He definitely fixed me bike up like it was brand new! He took the time to explain things to me as well since I’m no bike pro. He spent the full 2hrs. Can’t wait for this bike season! Definitely recommend him!

This is a great service folks. You dont have to lug your bikes anywhere. The service technician went through our e-bikes from top to bottom. He discovered a few minor things and corrected them. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company/service!

Had a great first experience with Ron. I bought my first bike used a week ago, and wanted a pro to check it over and get it ready for riding. Ron did all of that and more. He even spent time explaining a lot of the mechanics and fine adjustments he was making to me. I’m a curious guy, and he handled my curiosity wonderfully.Thanks Ron
