Showcase

I purchased a Dr. Ho circulation promoter as a Christmas gift ($229) and was not informed at the time of purchase that it was a final sale. Turned out that my wife got 2 of these for Christmas, so I tried to return the un-opened one I had with the original receipt. They informed me that it was a final sale item due to hygiene issues, however they would make an exception since they could see it was never opened. That exception meant they would only give me in store credit. The difference between store credit and cash credit has nothing to do with hygiene. The store manager said the only way around this issue was to contact the district manager and the only way to do that is through email since they have no phone numbers on their website. So I sent the email out for them to contact me on this issue and it has now been over 4 business weeks and no one has contacted me. If this is how their store policies are then I would not buy anything from this store/website for Christmas or any present for anyone. Too risky that you will get stuck with the sale or a ridiculous in-store credit.

Back in November my fiance and I had bought each other huggles (blanket hoodie things) for Christmas. We had been using them for a little over a week and both of them starting ripping at the seam in the hood. Thankfully we were able to return it but showcase only offers in store credit. So we were stuck with over $100 store credit for showcase. We went back to showcase a week or so later to use the credit. We grabbed 2 packs of the LED strip lights 32 ft that was marked at $39.99. We also grabbed a pack of 16 ft LED lights marked at $29.99.  We go up to pay for our items and the lady says it's $157. My fiance and I are obviously confused and ask why it's so much and the girl tells us she'll show us the receipt after we paid (big mistake). She says the 32 ft lights were $59.99 a piece! We walk over to the shelf where we got them and show the lady that they were marked at $39.99. Her excuse ? Oh they all have different numbers and we haven't made the price tags for the 32 ft ones.My question is why were they placed directly above the $39.99 sign then ??By this point we are frustrated and leave because the lady kept arguing with us.We get home,  install the 16ft lights in our kitchen and they work no problem.  We try the 32ft ones and both of them have faulty connections. So again we have to go back to showcase, return them now were stuck with a $125 credit ! We have no idea what to use it on as most of the stuff sold at showcase is defective!I read another review on here about them not honoring marked prices which is real shady.Do not waste your time shopping here!Go shop on Amazon instead. At least you can get a full refund on there.**UPDATE FEBRUARY 4 2021**We finally found some products on the showcase website to order, turns out they don't accept gift cards / in-store credits online. When the lady working had reassured us they work online. Just one thing after another with this company.

poor service!!! bought a foot and leg massager after 2 months it stop working went there to get a new cuz i have a warranty and they told me they dont have anymore left and then they gonna give me a gift card instead! its been more than a month never heard anything from them!!! i bought it october 2nd 2017 and returned it on december 23rd 2017 i believe! and its already february! NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! YOU GUYS SHOULD SHUT DOWN THAT STORE!

I went into the store today to make several purchases I found some really delightful things that I had wanted to purchase online I was ready to spend well over $300 when I overheard the owner and the shop owner from next door cutting down all of their customers and gossiping and I asked them politely to not be judgemental and talk like that in front of customers and it started a very large seeing these people are very unprofessional and chased us out of the mall for asking them not to cost of an inappropriate conversation in front of me and my children

I met Lora manager of showcase is the best one lady I ever met. She helped me in looking for the stuff and I found everything. I am recommending this store to everybody. They have the best massagers. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Huge rip-off. There's a scanner on their POS system after I left the store there was four more transactions put on my debit card that they refused to reverse

Very horrible !!! They do not give details on their product and returns are honored only when defective and unopened? How is that?never ever buy from this store again ! This store does not deserve even a one star !

Quite unhappy with my experience today at the Showcase in Bower Mall...i went in to browse and saw they had a set of Earbuds on sale for $19.99 as the sign was posted regular $39.99. There was no expiry date on the 5x7 sign above the earbuds, so I took them to the till to pay the $19.99 plus tax. When the cashier rung up $39.99 plus tax, I said the signage says $19.99. The female cashier came over with me to see the sign and said oh
