PoorEdit: Very disappointed with the service provided by this company. They installed a new heat pump in my house 2 months ago and the heat pump hasn’t been working ever since.Their technicians are not able to resolve this issue, and yet, they claim to be the best in their industry. It is unfortunate how this company claims to have years of experience and still can’t provide the bare minimum service in a simple residential unit.To this day, I am trying to get them to change/repair the machine, but my concern hasn’t been taken seriously. I had no other choice but to unveil their poor service publicly.

Have dealt with Stefanair for the last 15 years. Service is always great. Installed new Thermopump system recently, and was served with what is expected from this type of company. Professional service.Stephane (our tech ) is awesome, and the installers did a fantastic job, clean, efficient and well informed.

Bunch of unprofessionals,They came to my place in june, since i wanted to replace the faulty system they installed 10 years ago, and noone was able to give me any feedback;6 months later they promised to come back and see what can be done,(that was 2 months ago) and until today(april 15th, nobody called eventhough they said that it is feasible.Super unprofessionals!!!!I wouldnt recommend this company; NEVER EVER

If you need any service the company is the worst . Never answer the phone and when you ask for a small service prices will be high . Very disappointed. I do not recommend the company.

We had a very good experience with this company. They explained all the government subsidies and guided us in the process. The installation was done on time and the staff is amazing. Special call out to Gabriel, who is very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. I would definitely recommend them!

Stefanair has been doing my HVAC maintenance in my condo for three years. I am very satisfied with the service. I recently had by Steam Humidifier serviced. Thank you to the technician Medhi for the follow up call and to Stephan for taking the time to show me how to take care of the humidifier.

Technician was on time. Very polite and professional! The product itself, very good quality and the price was very advantageous! The best feature: the warranty! 12 years for parts and 10 years for manpower!! I chose the Lennox 12000 BTUWould greatly recommend it! Thank you!
