Walked in on Mother’s Day, the place was busy but the service was great. I asked for three 15$ bouquet and quickly the florist made them for me. They looked like comparable 30$ bouquets from other florists. I was really impressed and will definitely go there again the next time I will buy fresh flowers!

I wish there was zero star beacuse i drive from Montreal to pick up some flower to go to funeral hall and they were closed evendo on thier sit and window mention they are open i wait half an hour and after I have to go around town to find flower shop and I was very late for ceremony.To me they have no respect to claint and themselves p/s I call them while waiting outside and answering machine comes on

This store always has nice fresh flowers at a reasonable price. The owners and employees are always friendly and helpful. I used to live near here but now even moving further away, this is still my preferred florist. Give them a try.

Ordered and paid for flowers on Friday that were intended for Mother’s Day. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day Saturday and have not, and here we are 2 days later on Mother’s Day itself and they still haven’t been delivered with 30 minutes to close. These flowers are intended for the memory of our mother, really hoping they still show up.

Great experience ordering flowers for delivery. I have never ordered flowers online before but wanted to send something to a good friend of mine for her birthday. I was worried not being able to see or pick the flowers myself but the website was easy to navigate. After I ordered I received a confirmation of my order as well as received another email letting me know what time the flowers were going to be delivered. My friend sent a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful. I would absolutely order again and would highly recommend.

I'm sad to be giving 1 star, as this is the florist that I usually come to for convenience. Today, at -18 degrees, the door was locked. It took two phone calls inside to know that they were closed for the next 30 minutes due to a flower shipment. I told the person on the phone that I was standing outside, knew what I wanted and that it was quite chilly. The response I got was that they would open in 30 minutes. Not quite the customer service I was expecting.

The day I went, the service was not great. I gave my budget but the employee did not interact with me while picking the flowers to see if I liked them or to ask if I wanted any specific type of flower they had. They did not show me the final pick before going to the back to wrap it up. The bouquet was cute, but could have been better. I've had better experiences recently in other stores. They do have nice flowers, you just need to be specific about what you want and be involved in the prep.
