Grady was Great!!! He was on time, gave us helpful information, quick and efficient. I couldn't recommend him more this is our second time having him at our home and for our next service I will for sure be asking for him!

I called last night and needed a new hot water tank asap, and Home Depot set me up with Grady. He was able to come today and was on time, super friendly and knowledgeable and very patient as the first tank he brought didn’t fit in my house so he had to travel across the city to get me a different one. He was still able to get it installed the same day and kept me updated. Would def recommend this him and this service! Price was reasonable too, I called around and got 3 quotes that was similar but the prompt service is what made me go with them. Grady was so easygoing and friendly too which also helped make easy, what could have been a stressful situation.

10 out of 10 would recommend this company. I had my carpets cleaned by them. Booking was really easy! They called me the day before to confirm. The techs name was Kaz and he was super friendly, professional, fast and efficient! Did an AMAZING job on my carpets!

The technician was excellent! Prompt, thorough & efficient! Our carpets & love seats look terrific!! He managed to get all stains out which was awesome! Would def recommend!

Got discount from Home Depot and had the carpets cleaned on 9th Feb. Very satisfied with the job. The technician Terence was polite and I noticed his dedication to do the job thoroughly. My only issue is Home Depot gave me time slot 12 noon to 4pm but technician arrived around 11:15 which interrupted my meetings

I used the company to have my furnace, ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Shiraz called to let me know when he was arriving and was also in the window I was quoted. He was friendly, personal and professional. Would recommend!

Booked duct cleaning through Home Depot. Do not recommend! The guy that came (not calling him a technician, that would be an insult to people who are actually technicians in the field of work) was very rushed, not through at all. He upsold me on cleaning the furnace blower and dryer vent (extra $60+$30) and it took him 15 seconds to do both. Also the package only includes 10 floor vents, you pay extra for anything above that. I have noticed me house is dustier now than before!

I recently used Steam Dry Canada to complete a duct and furnace cleaning. My technician (Grady) was prompt, polite, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Grady was happy to explain the cleaning process to me, and have me observe the process as well. Grady even went above and beyond and helped repair cutouts in my ducting that had previously been poorly repaired. I would highly recommend this service, and specifically Grady as a technician.

Terence did a wonderful job yesterday, he was very professional in cleaning my carpet. He was polite and friendly too. I would definitely recommend this guy!!!!

I had a good experience with a hot water tank installation, but for cleaning my furnace wasn't pleasant. They cleaned everything quickly, but the technician left the drain hose out and cause my furnace to drain water inside. I sent a message to the owner, Philip and he just ignored me.
