Dr. Jin Kee Ho

Got a referral. I’ve seen Dr. Ho in the past and had a great experience with good bedside manner.This time not so much unfortunately.Call the next day after I got a referral and no answer. No returned calls.Email the day after and got a response.It was two weeks before even booking the appointment that was months away. I realize the shape our healthcare system. Thats not my point here.Was not given any timeline to when I’d get a call just to get an appointment.Just wait for them to call you without any timeframe at all in just enough pain and discomfort that its not worth wasting resources at a hospital ER.All i can say is reduce your patient load.This is not acceptable treatment of people who are unhealthy.I ended up in the ER like everyone else these days and got a referral to a reputable and punctual GI doctors office.You can do better and have before.What a disappointing experience in healthcare.
