Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOn Sunday July 12th I went to their event at Portcredit to buy a unit at Westport and I booked unit 1808 and paid all cheques next day on Monday July 13th I received the following (Hi Tarek im sorry to say but the unit 1808 will be signed by another purchaser. My brother in law will take it. He told me he wanted a larger unit before now he changed his mind and wants 1808 firm. I really apologize, they are doing second rounds of allocations. Nick papa team lead by Nick Zhang and his lackey Julia are the biggest scammers of the industry. Beware of lies, immoral if not illegal tactics, and preying on those who don't know better. How they are still allowed to practice is beyond me.

Recently bought a condo unit in Richmond Hill, the sellers agent worked for Excel Realty. The seller agent Gary Singh was very unresponsive and uncooperative. They did not show up nor respond to calls to closing day to help us get the keys from their seller, this seller was a big pain and did not give us the keys on the agreed upon time. He made lot of excuses for the seller previously and was not forthcoming about the situation with the seller. Also there were things in the unit that were misrepresented from the first viewing and Excel realty agreed to pay however, three weeks after closing they have not responded at all.I do not recommend working with this realty group at all.

Recently leased a property in North York with Jessica Levy Johnson as my realtor. Jessica is extremely professional - showing up to all of our showings 10+ minutes ahead of time, and was an excellent communicator. The market is highly competitive and I don't believe I would have been able to have secured a lease in such a timely matter without her expertise. Can't recommend her services highly enough
