This review is for the OFFLINE by Aerie store at Yorkdale. The staff was incredible. I only remember Megan and Maria’s names but everyone in there was amazing. So friendly and helpful and made you feel like a million bucks. Would highly recommend this store for a wonderful shopping experience.

The store is well organized and is clean especially at aerie. The staffs were really nice and approachable especially Sarah. She helped me pick my right size and made me comfortable in the process. She was very attentive and asks me about my opinion on the garments that she made me try on and suggests things based on my liking. I really appreciate her help as she was very patient with me :)))

Worst jeans ever. Always get torn up in between. The worst customer service ever as well. When I try to tell this to customer service they always tell me that you shouldn’t stretch much in those AirFLEX jeans. I’m like are you even listening to yourself?

Absolute top tier customer service at Aerie! I had Michelle and two other sales associates help me find the exact items I was looking for. They went above and beyond and ensured the atmosphere for shopping here was quick and easy! The store was also in tiptop shape and efficient in its displays. 10/10 experience would shop here again!

American Eagle is one the best brand and they’ve so many options always. Though its overwhelming sometimes, but this store in Yorkdale Mall is the best categorized and arranged, I’ve ever seen. Staff is extremely friendly and cheerful too..
