Zero if I could, but I can’t so I give it a one…The service at the dentistry was very unsatisfactory. I went to the office while using my student health insurance plan that I paid with through my tuition. The lady at the front desk said that my dental plan did not work because they didn’t know my provider. They said that I would have to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t do it for me, and didn’t let me try to explain or search for more information. They kept telling me to sit while they tried to find information and made me wait one hour while I watched multiple people that came in after me, leave before I could get a check up.They asked when I last used the dental plan, which had been more than a year in the past, and they refused to use my plan before even being able to find it, saying that I can only use it once a year. I had to explain to her multiple times that I had not used it at all that new semester. It had also been more than a year since I used my dental plan which is why I was trying to get a check up.She also made rude comments about how she had never of my school, and doesn’t know why I would go to somewhere like this. In the end, the dentist said that they would help me, but if they couldn’t find the provider for my dental plan, I would still have to pay out of pocket.I understood that I would have to pay out of pocket, but I do not like how they approached this situation. Will not be going back.
