Waited at the counter for over 10 minutes while the 4 staff on site rushed around taking care of drive through customers. Would have been faster to go back to our car and go through the drive through... Coffee was terrible, tasted like someone poured cream that had gone bad into an ashtray.

I find this place not normally as busy as some of the others ones, the drive thru does cross over a through way so you need to maintain the opening as you wait. The staff is very friendly and tries to get you through quickly .

Stopped in here after an appointment ordered a coffee and tea and some breakfast I notice they messed up my breakfast and immediately went inside they fixed my breakfast but got home and the coffee was a tea. Like pay attention to the screen really not that hard

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap from here and I got the worst food poisoning in my life cost me my monster jam tickets cause I wasn’t able to see the show plus the time off work I don’t think I can go to any other Tim Hortons again

Went in at 8pm tonight to get something to eat, was told toaster is off sorry, well now I have to wait till midnight to eat, I'm starving literally not good at all. Looks like only one person working the store atm and she is amazing and apologized but still not good.

Literally the worst. I went to get lunch and when I got home they forgot things and items were made very wrong. Drive back to get correct things and it took them the longest time to figure it out and made me pay for everything and refused to refund me cash!

All tables were dirty , the restrooms were dirty. Very disappointing to see a tim Horton's in this condition.

Today me & my husband went for covid test while coming home we thought we should grab something from tim hortons. We orderd veggie lime salad 3 timbits & patato wedges. My husband like chipotle with wedges we forgot to mention that when we went to take order she asked if we want that on salad my husband said no just other sauce i said to my husband that she is thinking to add it on top of salad we call her on mentioned her again.Order came salad was full of chipotle sauce & no fork or spoon we knocked the window again and ask for fork i asked her is this chipotle she said yes i said i don’t want chipotle on salad she said okay u can keep this i will make another. There were 3..4 cars behind us so we went again in line for drive through so that people should not need to wait. We came to the window my husband said u haven’t given us wedges as well. They showed the receipt actually they haven’t added wedges. All of sudden a guy came he said if u want another salad give me back the previous one that was very embarrassing i immediately gave it back and said i have tried a spoon already and gave it to him. the one which he gave me didn’t had any sauce.We spent so much time in drive through bez of their mistake even that is not a problem.Whole time we were feeling bad that we tested COVID POSITIVE & we touched the box n all just dont want it to get spread. We both were wearing mask & the situation was so embarrassing & shocking that i couldn’t even think to let him know that he should not touch it.

Nice and fast service. The drive through can be a bit awkward and dangerous. Our order came quickly and accurately. I felt our cashier put us first as an associate wanted a coffee and he finished our order before serving his coworker.

Apparently this is a bagel BELT. Looks just like the ad- not!Honestly have to wonder where the work ethic went.If I didn't have to go straight to work I would have gone back in to ask for them to fix it.Such a joke.
