This is the best KFC around us, we drive from barrie for it. It is so much better than the KFC in barrie. Always fresh, amazing chicken, I feel like the franchisee actually trains the employees. We always eat in, so it's max fresh!

I came through here at 7:45pm (long before close) I was told they don't have chicken because they're closing, I confirmed and the woman said unless I wanted to wait 25 minutes. I didn't mind waiting; to which she seemed upset that she had to do her job.When I received the chicken they were very small pieces and somehow not even fresh. Terrible experience. I miss the good old KFC days.UPDATE***I came back a second time months later and had a similar experience. That ain't it.The Colonel would be disappointed.

Never open.I am not sure who is running this place but it is never open, and yet they continue to accept orders on Uber...I am surprised that the franchise hasn't stepped in because whoever owns it gave up before they tried.I know finding staff can be challenging but with a little effort it is doable

Food was fresh, service was fast, and the people were friendly. I have eaten here three plus times now and have never had an issue with this location. Thank you for the awesome chicken as always.

Depending on who’s working during the day can be a hit or miss ! Been here a few times now and sometimes it’s fresh and good and then sometimes the food is cold and the fries or buns for the sandwiches are stale. I like using the coupons in the mail and now a second time they charged me the wrong price instead of the coupon price which is kind of annoying

Zero stars.....Missing sides....told they keyed it in wrong so we got what we paid for....3 combos piled in one bag on top of all the fries. Then handed 3 empty boxes after complaining that they should have been boxed meals...????.....smh yup that happened! The only thing that was good was the drinks...just a gross pile of mess. People spend money expecting just a little better than this. Just a heads up for those treating themselves to dinner.

I stopped by the KFC in Angus and I had a surprisingly wonderful experience there! I first started off at the drive through - standard greeting. Being as indecisive as I am, I asked if there were any combos or specials. The employee told me that I could go online and get them. I decided to park and go inside instead and take my time. I was greeted by Krystal and she was simply the happiest, kindest, most helpful person. She didn’t judge my idiosyncrasy, my desire to save a few bucks, and indecisiveness. She even offered to grab coupons from inside her car for me! Working in customer service for all my life, Krystal made my day and exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much for the positive experience. All the best!

The lady working the counter had quite the repore with our 9 yr old son. They chatted quite a bit. He also ate his whole meal. She was so sweet she gave him a cookie on our way out. Thank you.

Reading other review on this kfc I decided to share. I have been here now 5 times. Each and every time it seems they are out of chicken. I explained that the last time the chicken was very small and asked to get a few larger pcs. I just left the drive through tonight as I was told they had only 6 pcs of chicken. Told me 30 min!! Once again disappointed. Sitting in Mary browns now. There is 8 people in the drive through and only one person working the till and the window and 2 cooks in the back and they are killing it!! Already paid and waiting for my food just in the time it took to type this review. If kfc keeps this up Mary browns will bury them which I hope they do!!
