Sports Experts - Atmosphere

It is unfortunate that the management gives wrong info to staff in return policy. I purchased two sports shorts and swimming trunk, three days later on sale both. Manager told me sorry we can not take it back. The tags are still on the merchandise , untouched unused. Where as staff told me yes you can return them. I would not waste no more money on top brands at least at this place.

I must have been very lucky. I called and spoke to a very nice lady named Elize to inquire about an item. She put me on hold briefly and went to check out the inventory and price of the item. I will certainly go to that store and purchase it.

What a terrible experience. We went to buy a new pair of running shoes for my wife's birthday. Having worked in the specialty running retail business for over 5 years, I had to improvise as the expert, as the associate was totally clueless. The shoes we purchased collapsed after the first wear. I returned the shoes 6 days and 1 wear after purchase. The refund was swiftly declined by the Store Manager, the excuse being that I won't be able to resell those." I pointed out to her the defects and told her that the Manufacturer offers a 6-month warranty. She denied it even though it is written on the Manufacturer's website under...warranty...I had to resort to getting a credit after a 10-minute standoff so I can show the Manufacturer the date of purchase and quick return. What a nightmare and a waste of time. Avoid that horrible place

Great service! Visited their service dept for ski tuneups 3 different times with old skis. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though there was no sale involved Luc took all the time to explain and provide the highest level of service! Thank you!

Staff is very unhelpful and rude. My sisters and I experienced racism at this Sports Experts and it isn’t the first time I experience this type of treatment at this company. Due to their rude Francophone staff, I will not be spending my money there anymore.

Went in looking for a specific shoe on a Sunday. Young man at the shoe section was helpful and as I asked for different sizes, he came out with what I needed. The shoes were perfect. 89$ Sketchers to fit my wife feet.At the cash, the 3 ladies and 1 gentleman were a good team, in constant communication and smiles.All in all a great experience and will go back for my next pair of shoes.

Had great service from a nice young man called Francis. I'm very fusy when choosing shoes and he was very helpful :)
