VIXIN Nail Bar @ Salon Lexa

My husband and I went to do our pedicure and the place exceeded our expectations. They have a private area to do your pedicure and all their products are sterilized and used only once. The two ladies that did our pedicure were super friendly and professional. We love their work and the products they use were super nice as well. I highly recommend this place.

I was able to get a pedicure without an appointment. It was pure luck apparently but I was glad. But the experience itself was just ok. With all the positive reviews I guess I was expecting better. Let's just say that I got better pedicure and experiencd elsewhere and they were not high end places. Just didnt really feel welcomed perhaps.

So I tried to book an appt online , I had trouble booking so I decided to call .. no answer , after hanging up I got a text on my phone saying book online ! Anyways moving forward I managed to book then I cancelled within the timeframe …Today I get an email saying I was a no show ?????? Really I have my cancellation in the fresha app they make you use and still it didn’t work …What a wasteReply , all info on the app is correct , I have also cancellation emails I could actually forward you if only you were reachable !You shouldn’t rely on an app to run your business , a personal touch is helpful also

I'm a regular Shellac manicure and pedicure customer in a salon downtown Montreal, where they do an excellent job every time. So I'm not a newbie when it comes to nails. Since I'm now a nursing mom, I had to find another place closer to home, because my baby does not drink from a bottle and thus I can't be away for too long (she's always hungry! Hahaha). I chose Vixin based on the positive reviews, but I was disappointed. Beautiful and very pleasant salon, overall ok service, but don't expect much when it comes to cuticle removal and nail prep. The pedi was not bad, but the many was yucky! The lady didn't clean the nail properly and only applied nail polish to the middle of the nail, avoiding the areas close to the skin. When she asked me how I liked it I told her that I didn't think she did a good job for the cuticles. She simply replied that she couldn't do better because she would hurt me. She then continued the manicure without fixing the issue and was clearly annoyed that I told her I didn't like it. She ignored me until I left, which I found was very unprofessional. I don't think I will be going back, I can do this sort of job myself, at home, with the exception of a regular nail polish and not Shellac.

Had a great experience the ladies are wonderful. It was my daughter birthday treat and they gave us champaign/orange juice and Tim bits .. So sweet!! Weill definitely be coming back.

Wonderful nail treatment experience. The owner and her team is extremely welcoming and the salon is beautifully designed. I cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend this location for all your beauty treatments!

Always got an excellent service from Elsa for waxing! She's amazing at everything she does + very friendly! And I love the fact we can book an appointment online. Definitely recommend this salon.

My go to nail place ! Prices are reasonable and Abby is the best ! Her manicures last 3 weeks without chipping. The salon is really pretty and they are super accommodating ! Try it out, trust me out will love it !!

I got manicure pedicure shellac and chose this place based on the reviews. But I dont think the lady did a good job at applying the shellac on nails. She left lots of it around the nails themselves and they actually look so messy now.I have to add that if you have ingrown toenail, DONT GO TO THIS SALON!it’s now 3 days past my pedicure, and the toenail hurts more than ever even when Im sleeping, its very red and inflamed too. Not happy at all!
