One of the least responsive and least helpful property management companies I have dealt with. Very frustrating.They seem to purposely avoid helping clients. I have experienced it with several employees now, so it seems to be their company culture.Hopefully one day a change of leadership will bring them back to a client focussed organization that understands strata management is not just collecting money, but you actually give a service in return.

Professional. Thorough. Trustworthy. Michelle was our agent and she handled our Penticton property with excellence. I would use Pacific Quorum again and only them!

Michelle has looked after my rental property for the past 4 years while I was living overseas. Michelle has been wonderful, professional, conscientious. She selected a wonderful tenant who has looked after my place. I feel Michelle has the capacity to see both side, the tenant and the owner. She managed all situations regarding repairs, maintenance, rent increases and all communication in a balanced professional manor.When I decided to sell, she suggested agents who would not only work for me, but have a courteous manor when interacting with my tenant.I would highly recommend Michelle.

Absolutely terrible property management company. Hikes up strata fees for upgrades and than never actually installs or upgrades and you still pay for it. Our pool was closed for 2 years and we all still payed for its maintenance with no kick back. Now they want to increase our fees by 13%! Which does not benefit the people living in our condo. Avoid using this company and go with someone else. Management is terrible as well they just brush you off.

Very slow at responding and dealing with problems. My emails and calls are ignored and problem persists for almost a month now. I am so disappointed and I don't know what to do to fix my problem. I am new to a building and it's been a month I have been trying to get my name added to the intercom so I can let deliveries and people in. So unprofessional to leave me hanging for so long I haven't been able to receive a delivery since moving in.

Michelle our property manager has been great to work with and always went above and beyond to make sure the property is well maintained, thoroughly vetted potential tenants, and anything else that needed to be done. I never felt the need to second guess her judgement and felt very comfortable with any decision she made or recommendations she would propose.

Ever since a new intercom system has been installed they didn’t put in our apartment unit in the list, called M. Ross to inform her, to no avail, then called Jenny ( office manager) she promised to look after the issue, again to no avail, my landlord called and emailed them and again empty promises, this has been going on for several months, starting to believe all they want is their money and the people in our building in Kelowna are not to bother them as they might actually have to get things done. I, personally am very dissatisfied with the service, would never hire these people to look after my property

Liz Westerveld became our Property Manager last September and I cannot say enough good things about her and the team at PQ. Liz is knowledgable, prompt, reliable, and makes sure things run smoothly for our strata. Accounting manager Sherry, accountant Suzanne, management assistant Emily, and office receptionist Tami are all incredibly efficient and helpful. I can highly recommend this team for strata property management.
