I have been working with these guys for some time. I get good customer service and good advice when I use them. If there is an issue they generally step up and fix it.

my name hidden because my friend recommended these people, few months ago made good deal for website with sales girl Alissa, she came back said owner wants more money, emailed owner/designer Resh she was very rude told pay more money, but we had deal and she told unless i give more money don't email her. i went to other company Pixel Army and very happy. Bad customer service here

My companies have used 4 different IT companies before finally ending up with Keersoft, and honestly I am incredibly pleased with the service that I get for a more than fair price. Having been over promised and under delivered so many times before, its great having someone who actually delivers on what they say they will do. Customer for life!

Went here for a computer check up a few weeks ago before college start. Was told my computer had several viruses which had to be removed. Cost was really high and I am on a student budget.. I am very careful about viruses so I said I would think about it. Went to another place and they checked and said NO viruses at all. What's this about? I sure wont go to these guys again. Rip off much?

They still owe $1100 going on 6mths now. Keep promising payment but it never materializes. How can one trust a company that continually lies and hides from those they owe money too?

Paid upfront to order a replacement screen for a laptop. Never contacted about part arrival. When they were contacted they sent the screen back and offered no refund. Entirely unprofessional.
