ive been to this location a couple times and always had great service. this past time i went, lily was working and she was helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the products, and helped me make a choice. she made me feel safe and comfortable and was supportive and non judgmental of any questions i had. thank you!!

Everything was great until checkout. The price I was charged for was more than the price that was on the box. When Irene handed me the receipt I noticed the price error and let her know. She said she had to call the owner. The owner was not helpful, I suggested taking off the difference and applying it to my sisters purchase but they said it wasn't possible and that I could pick something else for the value. I did not need or want to purchase anything else so I was very disappointed that this was the options provided when it was a store error. The product didnt even leave the store! Because of ethics I will not be returning to this store and will encourage my friends and family to shop elsewhere as well. Newmarket has some great small business in the same industry that cam be supported instead.
