Came in Wednesday after having terrible BSOD issues and restart loops on custom desktop PC..Chad was able to diagnose it as a fried CPU caused by an underpowered fan and was able to help install the new parts that he had recommended by Saturday (and fixed BIOS issues). Very very very knowledgeable and helped save the long weekend. I learned a lot about what was wrong with my PC and now have a better understanding.Best PC shop around, come here if you need repairs!

I always get great support and customer service from TBC. I had a video card die in an old system a year ago and they helped with a replacement. When Chad found out the new card wouldn't work with my system he took it back for a refund with no issues. He then advised me that the best option was to find a used one online and pointed me in the right direction. So last week when my old system started having issues I got in touch with TBC to order a replacement. Cindy provided a quote for a great system at a fair price. It was ready quickly and they took great care to ensure everything was handled safely during covid-19. Appreciate the service and definitely recommend TBC.

Beyond fantastic! Went in with my computer when the hard-drive failed and wouldn't boot up. They were able to retrieve all my data and load it onto a new hard-drive. They also fixed my cpu fan and a few other minor issues. It only took a few days to get my computer back and running better than ever. Highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly.Pricing was incredible for the service. Other places quoted 30% more and at least 2 weeks for the work to get done just for the hard-drive issue.Do yourself a favor and have your computer needs done at this local shop.

I've been going to TBC for so long I can't remember. Remember when stores were about service instead of saving you fifteen cents over the other guy? That's this place. They are more than helpful, honest, and always ready to explain and help. They know what they sell, and they know how to work with you to select what you really need instead of what has the shiniest box or the highest benchmark numbers. I recommend this place to everyone, from highly technical users like me to folks who just have a computer because their grand kids bought them one.

My 2 year old laptop began to show display issues. Before taking it to TBC, I have taken these to 2 other local spots and they had attempted to fix the issue but neither ended up fixing the screen. Bought an LCD screen replacement and took it to TBC last Wednesday where Chad explained in-depth details of what could've caused the issue along with the best solution for it. 2 days later I get a call that the part has been replaced and the display issue has now been fixed. Very fair pricing and quality service. Chad is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I've worked with and I'm completely satisfied with the work done. This will be my go-to place for when I am experiencing PC issues in the future.
