Great Canadian Oil Change

Today was busy, there an hour and 15 minutes. Staff all pleasant as usual. Asked for Cabin Filter to be checked, guys said there wasn't one in the places they looked. Said my car probably came without one. Contacted Chrysler dealer, they said vehicle definitely would have one.

I have been going to this location since the day they opened. I was customer #2. I drive a lot so my visits often number 8-10 per year. I have likely been there close to 120 times or more.I went today for my usual 4500km oil change. I was very disappointed in the service I got today. I was only there at the beginning of last month. It seems like they have all new staff and a new regimen. Lots of yelling back and forth. I was the only customer the whole time I was there. At least 5-6 staff members. 32 minutes from the time I gave them the mileage until I pulled out. Made me late for an appointment since I have never been there longer than 20 minutes in over 12 years so that’s what I planned on. And it’s good that I know how to reset the oil mileage sensor because in all the turmoil, they forgot that part. Although everything was done, the service was way too slow. I take my wife’s vehicle to a place in Essex that does exactly the same checks, plus washes her windows and on occasion, vacuums her rugs – in less time than I spent today getting a basic oil change.I like to be loyal to the people that help me out. I don’t have time to do a lot of this myself so I am willing to pay people for the peace of mind. So I will give them one more try next month. But if the service is the same as today, they will have lost a very regular customer. I have a place only 1km from my house that I know is better.

What a great group of people to deal with for a very convenient oil change. It's easy to see that this team has been well trained and have good knowledge and work ethic. I brought my BMW X5 diesel in for an oil change and as the car is new to me, I was unsure how to do the engine oil life reset. They helped guide me through the steps and assisted me with proper psi in the tires and a check of all lights, signals etc.I would highly recommend this facility for fast, friendly and convenient service. Hats off to you guys!

No one asked me to write this - doing so on my own accord . These guys are awesome. They are polite, transparent, they dont pressure you to buy anything (they tell you what is recommended, but don't give you a hard time for saying no). I was in and out in 15 minutes, which included safety checks, tire and windshield fluid refill, leak and engine check, and oil change. SO MUCH BETTER THAN MR. LUBE. Thank you for always doing a great job!!!

Very professional team ! And FAST. Its wonderful I can stop in here for an oil change on my lunch !

The staff are very friendly and the work they did was done in a timely manner. Their prices are competitive.
