This review is from My Mother Valerie S.I was told I had one bad ear and hearing aids wouldn't help and began to notice my good ear wasn't hearing everything. I went to Lang and she tested me and was almost as excited as I was that my bad ear could hear and that my good ear could be improved.Lang set up my new hearing aids and I only wish I would have done it sooner.Lang was so positive and happy with my excitement about hearing everything again. Thank You so much to Lang and staff.

I had a great experience with Lang, she is very knowledgeable about hearing aids and she will recommend the best option based on your specific hearing level. She takes time to explain the difference between hearing aids and their technology levels and she will tell you why you need option A" instead of "B". I never felt rushed.Overall

Recently we had my mother fitted for custom hearing aids at the Heritage Clinic. Lang and the staff at the clinic were more than accommodating. Lang was there trough out the whole process which involved a number of visits to the Heritage Clinic. All of our questions were always answered with professionalism. My mother is very happy with her new hearing aids!

I needed to get a hearing test for a potential job. Definitely don't require them, but if I did I'd buy them from Lang. Super friendly, knowledgeable and kind person.

I was very happy with the professional and knowledgeable service I received. Speaking with the Aid and Audiologist was a big help in understanding my hearing loss and what was required to help. I would have never known about the cross over hearing aid . Great experience.
