Being a member for a few years now and originally losing 51lbs on the program. Coach Cathy was always able to answer all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about the program. I followed the steps closely and was amazed how quickly l lost the weight. My appointments were always informative with lots of positive reinforcement from Coach Cathy she does a wonderful job.
