I have been receiving treatment from Mark since November 2016. I received a word-of-mouth reco for him and I’ve never looked back. Mark is the consummate professional. He knows his stuff and has helped me greatly with an arthritic L4-L5 and herniated disk L4-L5. I asked for “homework” which I do daily and it has made a great difference in my flexibility. He is very personable and always makes sure you are comfortable with the amount of pressure he uses. I would gladly recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark is much more than an RMT. He has an amazing grasp of how muscle, bone and other tissues work together. I went to Mark with a back so sore I could hardly walk, after one treatment my back has not given me any trouble and I’ve had back pain for years. I have RA and Fibromyalgia and Mark has helped me tremendously. I don’t know what I would do without him!! I cannot reccomend Mark strongly enough. I have been a client of Mark Phillips for the last 4 years specifically because he understands the stress I put my body under and is adept at treating me in a manner that allows me to recover quicker from aches and pains or injuries. He has a great breadth of knowledge.I’m a martial artist and have an above average fitness routine for someone my age. Mark is great at following up with me to see if I need a treatment or some maintenance work.
