Pedicure was rough and rushed, I didn't get the same massage or anything other people got. The pedicure was itself was done well. I returned for a manicure, I was happy with the result. They lifted after about 2 weeks which is okay as they were 2 weeks old. The atmosphere isn't overly friendly and they tend to run later than scheduled but overall the nails are done well.

Despite the negative review I tried this salon for a gel polish change and was pleasantly surprised. The technician was very nice, polite, and did a great job. She was very careful with her work. They had the best selection of gel polish that I've seen.

I was came to did my pedicure and manicure in May 24 -2022 , the price they charge was ok $50 for one set ! but the attitude was bad because they was thought I don’t understand Vietnamese language that’s why one of the lady talked something bad about me and after that she came to did my pedicure , her worked was very bad she did my Nail popish over my nails edges , she’s very rude to me and This is the first time I have encountered such a situation to do my Neil’s ! Hopefully they don’t say something bad behind guests again .

I had a manicure pedicure for $50.The lady barely pushed my cuticles and didnt cut cuticles on my hands or foot. No hand massage. Foot massage was barely anything.Service felt very rushed. And my nail polish was painted over my skin. After I went home that night- I had to remove my polish because it was horrible. She painted 3 layers of colors. Plus base and top. It was super thick, uneven and bubbly.I don’t recommend.

I've been here for many years on and off. I have had 11/10 experiences as well as 3/10. I find it genuinely depends on who my assosicate it, the associate who did my nails for about a year has unfortunately left since covid, and since my nails have not been the standard I was used to. With that being said, like any nail place, it really just comes down to your associate, the way they do your nails, some ensure the shellac actually lasts for longer than a week, where as others are very rushed. Overall cleanliness I find it good.

I booked for a party of 5, confirmed the day prior. Didn’t book properly and it took around 3 hours to do when they said they would be done in an hour and half.The service was not good at all

Definately hit or miss, it all depends who you get. I went in today for my routine 3 week shellac set and had 2 different ladies working on my nails. Usually they soak my gel off, but the first lady used the sander to take my nails off and left them insanely thin,brittle and sensitive. She didn't even scrape my cuticles away.Even with the gel polish my nails are so thin they are bending backwards and causing me pain. The lady that did the nail art on my nails, Julia, did an absolutely amazing job. I will come back here, but only if she does my nails.
