First impressions on our first visit: outstanding in every way. This place, Dr Randy and his reception/assistants are worth driving cross town for. You can tell they did everything they could to make you feel like they loved your pet as much as you do. Professional and caring. I was given great advice that I had never heard from any Vet in all my 40 years of owning pets!

We brought our dog in to SW Vet Hospital because it was convenient and close for us, but we certainly will not be going anywhere else. The team from day 1 have been fantastic in their customer service, transparency and respect. 100% recommend South West Veterinary Hospital!

We cannot say enough good things about this practice. We recently switched from a VCA vet and could not be happier with our decision. They are ethically run and care more about your pets than profit. Our vet bills are significantly lower and the level of service we receive is exponentially higher. Thank you Dr. Randy, Tara and Tracy.

Fantastic group. Doc takes the time to go over care clearly and with understanding. He and his staff obviously care quite a bit. The biggest shame is they don't take people as patients.

Everyone at the vet hospital is awesome!! Dr Randy is so patience and caring for our kitten. Both Tara and Tracy are super friendly and helpful! Whenever I email them I always get the same day response and they are always very accommodating to whatever I need! I am very glad I can find such a great vet near my house!And pricing is super reasonable! The first visit was even free!! I had 2 dogs and 1 cat for 17 years before my new kitten, and I never had any vet this nice and reasonable on pricing ever!Thank you Dr Randy, Tara, and Tracy! :)

Dr. Randhawa and Tara were absolutely amazing. I’ve been to several other vet clinics in the past (in and out of the province) and these two were absolutely some of the very best. They were both so caring and paid attention to detail - details about my dog that I didn’t even think of. It was a great facility and extremely clean and organized. They didn’t rush and really truly wanted to understand my dog. The observations they picked up within minutes was outstanding. Highly, highly recommend them.
