Space Electronics Cell phone Laptop repair

I have used Space Electronics for the past three repairs I have had on my iPhone for both work and personal lines. They have always provided fast and reliable service. The company I work with has frequented this repair shop for all of our office repairs for quite some time as well.Recently I had my iPhone screen give out for no reason, no impact or water damage. I flagged this for them as I asked for a repair, and they thought it would be simple and to come back in 30 minutes as a screen repair. When they removed the battery of my phone, they realized it was a mother board issue and nothing to do with my screen. Unfortunately, when they did this, they permanently locked me out of my own phone.When they gave me the news they told me I would have to pay $150 to simply regain access to my phone to extract my photos since I am unable to enter the passcode.As a repair person, you have a responsibility to flag this as a possibility of potentially locking someone out of their phone. I can no longer access 2,000 photos on my phone, most of my baby daughter's early months of life.I called them afterwards to see if there was something they could do to assist, and they outright refused. After asking again because this has caused a major inconvenience, the sales associate refused AGAIN and raised his voice to me.This shop has effectively rendered me worse off than I was, because going in I could still use voice command for my phone and I was able to sync my phone. They have caused a loss of personal information as it is non recoverable, and I should not have to pay for their failure to inform me!

My phone fell and i broke my screen but these people fixed it wothin 30 minutes very very helpful and nice to deal with these guys

Honestly they fixed my phone for free. It costed around 90 but just to honor senior citizen they fixed it for free. Thank you so much.
