This place was amazing. Multi-disciplinary team approach that provided me with a therapist, psychiatrist and therapy groups. I felt so supported. The psychiatrist was not at all empathetic and was somewhat short, presumptuous, judgemental and rude, but the therapist more than made up for it. Lisa is amazing!!! And the team of group counsellors just great. I hate groups and have a degree in Psychology so I didn't think I'd learn anything, but this was truly an amazing experience that helped me through a dark period of my life.

Some of the doctors here are absolutely horrible, steer clear from Dr. Korn, she is a pill pusher, dr. Lawrence is ok but will talk over you. This place REFUSES to fill out disability applications. Disability is often an important part of peoples care but the people here think disability will make us lazy. I am incredibly fed up with the lack of care and empathy, I tried different meds for a year and they still don't support me going on disability and just gave up on helping me. I will never go back.

A good place to call for short term crises and relapses. Plenty of groups at various times for anxiety, depression mental health. Front staff are very considerate.

Between this place and the crisis line" I'm not sure which is worse. Both are bad for your mental health. Neither care enough to actually help you. Total waste of time. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Even not getting help at all is better than coming here."

Underfunded and overworked, yes. But that does not excuse the level of stigmatization in a place that is supposed to be safe and healing. If you have had a bad or dehumanizing experience here, don't lose hope. You aren't alone and it's not your fault.

I've been receiving care here for over a month now, I find both Dr Sanai and Ruby to be immensely helpful and I'm grateful to have both of them helping me recover. They've introduced me to day programs and group therapy giving me as many resources as possible. The front desk staff have also been very lovely.

Urgent Short Term Assessment and Treatment
Had an appointment booked for 1pm today (January 7th). I called 20 minutes ago to confirm, which they did. I now am being told less than 20 minutes later that it is now somehow on the 9th. I am missing out on a $500 paycheck today because of this appointment, just for them to last minute change decisions . NOT happy
