Enterprise Rent-A-Car
My vehicle broke down on a trip in Swift Current. CAA covers my rental but I have tried for three days now to get a rental to get home and there is nothing available. The are not open weekends either which is extremely inconvenient. But if the never have vehicles available. Why even be open. I have tried for year to rent out of this office and they never have anything and will not bring anything in especially in an emergency situation. So my CAA coverage was able to tow my vehicle but no rental in this whole city to get me home. No cities close to get one from there either.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I have rented from Enterprise in Swift Current in the past and they have typically been okay to deal with but my most recent experience with Enterprise was brutal. I called and arranged for an SUV 2 weeks in advance of when I needed the vehicle but when I showed up they said they had no record of my reservation even though the guy told me he was the only one who worked there so I would have talked directly to him to make the reservation He told me that all they had available was a ford fiesta. I told him that I needed an SUV or truck as I was going to be travelling on roads that needed more ground clearance than a car. He offered me a Jeep Cherokee but he said it had battery issues and needed to be boosted so I obviously declined the offer. He also kept offering that he could get me something else maybe later in the afternoon but I needed the vehicle in the morning so that wouldn't work either.He could not tell me how my reservation got lost and eventually found my wife in the system (even though I had booked the car) and said the car reservation had probably been pushed forward" because they would have called to confirm but nobody had answered. I asked him to confirm the numbers he had on file and they were correct yet there was no history of a call on either of our phones nor was this process of rescheduling the rental if it wasn't re-confirmed ever mentioned when I booked the SUV. I eventually gave up and agreed to take the car as I had no other choice but when I got in the car the low tire sensor was on. He tried to tell me that it was probably not balanced right and that it was fine but I was going to be travelling a distance and didn't want to have a flat tire on the way. He tried to fix the low tire with no success so I eventually just cancelled the reservation after well over an hour of wasted time and went to Thrifty. When I told him I wanted to cancel he offered me a truck that was reserved for someone else in the afternoon."

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Updating review to say the 2 women who now work at this location do not know how to HOLD a reservation or have a backup vehicle available in case someone doesn't return theirs on time. This place is a joke now. The 2 of them just sit in the vehicles cleaning it together. They rarely answer the phone and they never greet customers. I had to ask the young child who was there if there was someone who worked there. They shouldn't leave their kid to deal with customers in their work place.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Rented a car online was called the day before I was to pick up the car with the lady telling me that they didn't have a car available for me and all the cars they were getting returned were damaged so they couldn't be rented, all she could say was that she could put me on a wait list but told me that nothing would be avaliable for the day I needed. This is the second time in a row now that this has happened.

Just got a 4 day rental vehicle from here. Quick and friendly service I was picked up by an employee who was super friendly. Also to Barbra who did a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my rental. Customer service for the WIN. Keep up with good work on the service you provided.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Reserved a vehicle using the Enterprise App. I was called a few days before pickup and informed that the vehicle I reserved was not available (SUV) and that all they had left would be a car. I needed a vehicle for business while in town and therefore agreed. When I arrived at the location, I was told that the rental would be significantly more than I was originally quoted on the app, despite having been downgraded. I explained to the agents that this didn’t make sense as I had originally booked a more expensive vehicle class. They gave me a nonsense line about how rates are always changing. I also called them out for having changed my reservation and dropping my corporate rate. Something they denied doing and refused to correct. At pickup, I was charged the entire amount of the rental plus a $300 deposit. I’ve never been charged the additional deposit and typically rent Luxury or Elite vehicles from Enterprise for business where my card is charged when I return the rental. This has been the case at every Enterprise location I’ve rented from in the last year, and I rent typically once a week. I was also informed that it would be an additional $30 per day for my partner to drive the vehicle. Another charge I’ve not once encountered at any other location in the past year. Upon return of the vehicle, no one was in the office despite staff having been adamant that I had to return the vehicle earlier than I originally booked. When I finally returned the vehicle, I was informed that I had the wrong day and that they weren’t expecting me until the following day, their mistake. I was still charged the additional day and never did get my corporate rate. Avoid this location and rent elsewhere if you can. Barbara George and Jessica Banks should both be fired for their inexcusably rude attitude and unwillingness to correct their mistakes.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent A car Swift Current is very very UNRELIABLE. I always make reservations well ahead of time, but they always disappoint. This last time, they were to send a car from Regina to Swift Current, THEY SENT A DAMAGED CAR. Either the manager or the driver was so ineffective and insensitive that they decided to send the car as it was, and their representative in Swift current was not empathetic. BARBARA is the best representative they have in Swift but unfortunately she was not around on June 10, 2022, so I had to deal with the second representative. ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR SWIFT CURRENT SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Really good to deal with when SGI covered a rental when our vehicle was getting fixed. They gave us a truck as close to what ours was. The guy we dealt with when we dropped it off was awesome. Really quick to deal with everything and was shocked as to how clean the vehicle was (inside and outside) compared to other people that have returned their rentals. Would definitely deal with them again in the future
