Notary's home office in SE area of Calgary, Alberta was extremely unprofessional, with a filthy unvacuumed floor, two misbehaved and unruly children who continually interrupted us (one of which broke a door piece trying to enter her office) all while we were discussing our needs. We left before completing our requirements and would never go back again.

Notary forgot to add their seal to a document I brought in for notarization. I sent the document to be authenticated by the gov't and it was rejected (resulting in additional shipping fees at my cost). No discount or refund provided for this error.
