My spouse and I went into the store Sept 18/22 to buy new phones. We looked for a bit. A fellow walked by and my spouse asked if he was in the department he said we had to wait till someone that was, was available. We waited a bit, then this young lady said she was free now and could help us. We were in a discussion for a few minutes discussing our option and the fellow that told to wait seems to be the store manager or supervisor on today. He told the young lady that was helping us, to go over to the appliance center and help another man. She did as she was told, and we were left standing there in amazement that we did not matter. He just walked away. What kind of customer service is that. NONE. We walked out of the store. Will not ever purchase there again. Whoever this man was needs to get some training on dealing with staff and customers. Because of him alone they get a zero rating.

Giving this rating because they never have anything in stock. I can order stuff myself online. Also Geeksquad coverage is ABSOLUTELY terrible to deal with. Wait on hold for hours and then get connected and it hangs up right away. Get ahold of someone and nobody knows what is going on or how to help. Absolutely terrible stay far away from this place.

I just spent my my $800.00 at Visions! Asked where Drones section was greeter told me nicely. I couldn’t find it in the camera section. I walk around for a bit and finally go the tall guy in black talking to a guy in a suit about “transitioning” if he works there. He says yes. I ask him where I might find the drone. He repeats says camera section. I finally find it on my own behind the post. Well doors are locked no staff, they are all in the front section. I’m fed up and go to Visions. By the way Drones are cheaper there.

The young fellow called Jeremy, has a true passion for customer service and technology. Jeremy helped me purchase a new headset and TV. You can tell by the way Jeremy talks that he truly believes in the higher values of service and commitment to customers; along with ethical best practices when it comes to the customer and seller relationship. Jeremy if you’re reading this I think you have the values of a one day great CEO, stick with it. As for Colby, he was the senior sales rep that helped Jeremy ultimately make the final sale on the tv by assisting with pricing.Hats off to both of these guys. Never got the slime ball feel from either of them.

Went in to look at doorbell cams and security cams. Salesperson said cams and doorbell would not be compatible unless I buy the more expensive doorbell cam because I need a sync module. Got home the cams had a sync module so was upsold for nothing. I hope they enjoy that upsell cause I will never ever step foot in that store again

A relief to have a store I can rely on to follow Covid-19 protocols! I found PS4 controllers here, even amidst the chip shortage.There was tons of branded signage implemented, reminding customers to mask up and keep their distance.The floor plan was logical and made for a comfortable shopping experience.
