Luigi and Gerri, a wonderful Ottawa real estate lawyer team. We just recently did a closing with Luigi Savone, Ottawa real estate lawyer, everything went through very smoothly and according to schedule. Luigi explained all of the paperwork needed and the nuances of closing process. Gerri was so efficient that we have received our statement of adjustments, one week in advance of the closing, so that we knew exactly how much money we would walk away with after the closing took place. Stellar 5-star service and very efficient. Highly recommended.
