Not the greatest service. Coffee don't taste right. And ever time I go the food is always wrong. St.loui Tim's is better by far.

Went through the drive thru and got a B&S belt on a 4 cheese bagel. Get home it's a breakfast sandwhich on a plain bagel. Go back, explain the mix up, was given attitude until they fixed it. Got home it was a belt. On a half plain half 4 cheese bagel. Quality resturaunt.

Wait was not very long inside considering the many cars waiting on drive thru. Getting my coffee and donut only took a few minutes. They accidentally gave me the wrong brew coffee, noticed and fixed it right away.

We enjoy the coffee from TH. The service could be better, but we understand they have plenty of orders daily and are human beings. They have made some mistakes with our orders but are always super friendly and respectful, so 5 Stars for this TH.

Had ordered a mobile order with a 20 min. time so it would be ready when I get there. Awful customer service. Waited an additional 15 at the counter for it to be prepared. When I mentioned the 20 min. time since I had ordered, the response was: Well

Great Coffee, Tea, Sweets and Staff. If you need a break this is the place to come to. Only thing is the line up threw drive threw at times is sometimes long.
