I love these guys. They're actually helpful when it comes to batteries. They will test your existing battery for u and advise if the battery still has reasonable useful life in it, they don't just try to sell u a new one. That being said, when it's time for a new battery, they advise and educate better than competitors. And they reward returning customers on future purchases. Highly recommend

Sold me a weak battery for a acura TSX. would fail every time it was cold and always felt weak cranking over the engine (it was a new car to me that had a bad battery to begin with so. I believed the starter was weak.replaced with a different brand and have had zero issues for the past 2 months. But i needed another Honda size battery for a different car I have. Went to warranty this battery and was told it does not fail there test and they denied me.this battery caused my car to not start several times leaving me stranded and waiting for a boost. and now has been a complete waste of my time and money.you get what you pay for, and its worth it to spend more on a brand that will stand by its product.reach out to me if you would like to make this right.

I had nothing but excellent service for years with magnacharge that’s why two stars instead of one, today I left the store quite disappointed. Asked for a set of batteries, price popped up as much as 860$ and I knew it’s not right, bought same batteries 10 minutes later at their biggest competitor for 95$ each… and I did ask 5 times if this is the right price

Went in for a motorcycle battery, called first said they had it, picked it up no problem and gave me a discount. Nice guy behind the counter not much more you can ask for.

The lady's working the front were very friendly an help immediately. For the purpose of bringing 3 batteries to sell them. Highly recommend this place.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I guess I assumed they would be more expensive, being a specialty store, but the price was actually cheaper than the big-box store. Bought some Ultrafire BRC 4000 mAh Lithium batteries at what seemed like a reasonable price. Found out later that these are Chinese fakes with less than 10% of the capacity claimed. How could they possibly not know this?
