We had an excellent experience here. I had my daughters birthday party here and I like that it is enclosed. A great place for small kids to run around and parents can relax :) Friendly service!

We booked a bithday party package of $350 which included pizza, popcorn and drinks for 10 kids 3 adults. We received a large pepperoni and a small bag of popcorn for all of us, seriously ... not impressed. No one even asked if we needed anything, never checked, not good practice and customer service.Will not book another oneMiranda ... yes you did provide plates, napkins and all and I unerstand you telling the other grandma if she needed anything ... all good but no one ever came by, we had to always go see you. To be honest you should revise the pizza portion, a large for 13 people, not realistic. I had to go buy another pizza to l feed all of us. On the bright side, the kids had fun. I told you that it wasnt enough,and you never said anything to me.

Great place!I would recommend having more cozy chairs for parents to sit on in the play area.Also bouncy castle would be better inside the playground.My kids had fun!Nice selection of balloons.

Haven't been in years and loved the upgrades. Kids had a blast and that's all that counts.Great staff, very helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommended for families with young kids.

My daughter got hurt and got a bump in her head while playing at their playground. The older lady at the front was not helpful when I asked her if she had ice. Same with the boy at the front. There was only one young girl (long hair) who was helpful when my daughter got hurt. The rest of the staff did not show sign of caring. If this is a kids playground, they should at least have some ice available if a kid gets hurt. I am not impressed at their lack of care.

Amazing little playground, but the smell is so overwhelming it is nauseating. They are selling balloons at the front, and the entire playground smells like rubber and very stale. Within 5 minutes I had a headache and nauseas. Would even prefer a smell of disinfectant. This place would be so much better if it had a fresh smell and clean.Also the flat rate price, it was nice tocheck out but with toddlers won't be paying close to 30 for an hour or two of play unfortunately.

Amazing place for birthdays! I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about. Didn’t smell like balloons and it wasn’t dirty - it was the same as any other kids gym place, and I personally love that they still have a ball pit! The thing that makes this place amazing is the size. It’s perfect when you have a group of 10 6yr olds and want to be able to keep an eye on all of them. Kids had a great time and it felt very low stress for the parents. Also, the price is just right - 10/10 would go again.

Don’t get a pass: it is always closed for private events and not made available anywhere that it is so you get there and kids are excited and refused at the door. I bought the pass and it’s bee MONTHS of trying to use it and getting refused at the door. Every. Single. Time. I try. Cue kids crying uncontrollably every time.
