I ve been a few times to get things altered/repaired. The work thus far has been high quality, affordable, and the service is pleasant

Alteration was done okay but as you can see in the first photo, not the best. Dry cleaned my pants which should had gotten rid wrinkles but it didn’t. Also wasn’t pressed correctly which caused multiple ugly creases. I’m giving a 2 star instead 1 star because the owner is kind and was willing to fix the issues. But I lost the confidence in this drycleaner. Not going back.

Asked how much they charge for puffer jacket and they said $100 per jacket and other places charge about $55. What a scam.

It's a place with really bad skills. My luxury coats are all ruined. They don't seem to know what dry cleaning is. If you value your clothes, avoid this place

It was a very bad experience If I could leave 0 stars I would .The woman who runs the K&C dry cleaners and alterations is very rude and has no manners for customer service what so ever.She is very unprofessional , She does not know what she is doing and very rude. I dropped off my new expensive jeans for hemming last Saturday October 22nd.I explained to her the jeans length that I want, She was in a hurry and didn’t pay attention when she was taking the measurements for hemming.She did the measurements in less than a minute in a very careless way and hurried out of the room .I decided to measure the length of the jeans she marked to compare it at home with my older jeans.I found out that she did wrong measurements.I called her on the phone and asked her to hold off the alteration until I bring her the correct length I want for my new brand name jeans. I arrived the following business day to her store and found out that she decided not to do the hemming and gave me back my jeans instead of apologizing for making the wrong measurements. What a waste of time and gas.I spent three times the Ultration fees in car gas. I couldn’t understand a word from her talking because it seems her business is only for people who speaks her language. She is a very bad communicator and doesn’t pay attention to her work. She didn’t give me a reason for giving me back my pants and refusing to do the Ultration she agreed upon. My advice is not to go to this shop otherwise you will be so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

Really excellent work and for an extremely fair price as well. The owner is very kind and provides great customer service. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else.

If only I can give it a zero star. I paid the lady to fix my trousers. She didn’t do a good job when I took it back she asked me to pay again and start yelling at me. Zero customer service scammers

Very affordable/reasonable rates for alterations and repair. I took my workpants for repair to a number of places and was quoted between $25-40 if they did it at all. This nice lady quoted $15 and did excellent work. Will definitely be coming here moving forward. Will done

If you like getting accused of lying and yelled at when you're in the right, this dry cleaner is for you!I dropped off a dress that needed alterations with some other items to be cleaned, and when I picked up my order the dress was missing. I went back a couple weeks later after I noticed it was missing and explained, asked her to check the back, but all she wanted to do was find the receipt and insisted she gave me back everything. She pulled up a giant plastic bag filled with around 500 receipts and started looking for my order number one by one (nice filing system lady!). After a few times telling her it was getting altered and not cleaned and she wouldn't check the back, I asked why she insisted on finding the receipt and if it was because she didn't believe me and she said NO i don't. She only wanted to find the receipt to prove me wrong. It also doesn't help she speaks little English - she probably yelled no" at me 50+ times over while I was there while I kept trying to solve the problem - I may as well have talked to the wall. After 10+ minutes of me continually asking her to check the back

Wonderful little family business for dry cleaning, laundry & alterations and the owners are so polite and kind, I’ll only use them in Burquitlam and area!Kind regardsJason BilleyTeam ProSolutions
