If you wanna wait in line because this billionaire company doesn’t wanna hire more or pay their employee a decent wage this is the branch for you. This bank makes billions a year yet they pay their employees peanuts and the reviews are people all complaining about the employees. No one realizes the company is the problem. Hey bmo why don’t you hire more people for the counters or pay your existing employees better so they are happier at their job. You have 5 tills and only two underpaid employees to run them. My mother was on the phone with one of the representatives and she was told to go to 2020 Victoria Ave E which is one of your branches here in regina. When we got into the front desk, we told the lady what happened and that we were told to come to their branch and she said no" right away and didn’t even ask the manager or whoever about the concern i had. she was really rude and she also was the one who messed up my application when i was getting my credit card. also

I remember i used to go in their for my lunch break to take care of a loan payment, i would have to be in line for almost entire lunch,,, one person working the front, and she would be grouchy and in hurry,,,,,, business till had a lady counting some major cash for this one guy , no privacy for him i couldnt believe he didnt care about that with al that money being displayed to people in line up. Havent been to bank in over a year .

I was forced to give a rating of 1, as 0 or less apparently isn't an option. Have had nothing but trouble with specialists at the bank, and don't even get me started about the phone service. Slowly ceasing my business at BMO.

The only BMO bank on the east end of the city. 2 inside ATM's and 1 drive through. Typically not to busy. Located just west of Victoria square mall beside Home depot. Very friendly staff. Would Highly recommend this location.

Clearly they don't know what they doing. Opened up an account ,didn't take my signs right and kept sending me email to come and sign again.Girl name Kirsty was very rude, rather than apologizing she said you can close your account if you don't like it. People like these taking this bank down.

Had an appointment with Mavis and it was fantastic. She had my new accounts open in no time and was very nice. Branch is the nicest one in Regina by far. When I got there it was lined up out the door but she quickly got me in and by the time I was done (about 15 mins) the line was completely dealt with. I had to get my money deposited and a draft written at the teller too and she was the same - quick and excellent service.I originally came to this branch because they had the earliest appointment available as I’m quite a bit closer to the Southland Branch. But the trip was definitely worth it.

Unfortunately their phone support is some of the worst I have ever experienced. It takes forever to get to an actual person, and it took me 25 minutes to get the answer to one simple question from them. I would give them a higher rating if they simply dropped their phone support altogether and saved me the frustration.
