Update: I came in for a 2nd visit to this location last week, and was extremely happy with my hair cut/style! I did come back this week to ask about a minor touch-up on my bangs - the salon was accommodating and my stylist was very kind and helped me without any issue. It's important to mention that because it shows that customer satisfaction is important to them. I was already satisfied, but this made things even better.My stylist, Andrew, did a FANTASTIC job on my hair! I got a lot of compliments on my new style, which is very different from how I wore it before. I showed some pictures of what I was interested in and also asked for input & if it would suit me. Andrew gave me feedback about the length, bangs, etc. and was able to create something that looked similar to what I wanted while also personalizing it for me.I was initially considering not getting my hair cut because it was a bit over-budget for me, but I am glad I did. The time, effort and beautiful style that Andrew created was well worth it! Thank you!And to add on to my review from 5 years ago - this time I did indeed get a beverage :)My review from 5 years ago (from the time of this update):My first visit to this location. It is busier and smaller than other Fiorio locations I have been to. I did not get the usual treatment involving a beverage and product in my hair/styling for the blow-dry but I was also a bit late to arrive and they were clearly very busy. My stylist was nice and did a very good job overall. Everyone was very friendly and accommodated me bringing my infant daughter. I am very happy how things turned out!

I go to Fiorio for my hair cuts as well as blowdries, and alway have a great experience! The staff is always lovely and accommodating. The services are great. I would send any of my friends here for their hair styling needs.

Al is the best colour and stylist in Toronto. I trusted him and what he wanted to do to my hair. Thanks so much Al for mailing my special day amazing. Forever grateful. Keep up the great work. He is the owner and a great artist at what he does. Go see Al.

Went to this salon for the first time since moving to the area. I definitely will be back! I got my hair coloured by Lori and my hair cut and styled by Helena. Both ladies were very nice and professional. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted. Very happy!

Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff who goes above and beyond each time I am there. My son also gets his haircut there and is never disappointed! I highly recommend Fiorio Bayview for their hair and spa services!

I was suppose to do hair Botox on this location. My hair turned to horrible shape. Norman has a fake personality, she just want double, or triple charge you, she is not professional at all. I am strongly, recommended to do not go there anymore; never, ever. The quality of their work less than Chinatown, the price more than the hair stylish of Hollywood stars. Waste of time, money and they damage your hair.

Had an amazing experience at Fiona. Customer service was fantastic. My stylist Jessica was very sweet and gave me lot of valuable information on how to take care of my hair. A must try.

Third haircut with Helena and I’m very happy. I get a lot of compliments on my hair thanks to her. She’s very good and knows exactly what I want my hair to look like. Glad I found her!

I was seen to add total of 10 highlight strand to my new existing highlight and that was all that was done for me. It took less than 10 minutes to put them on and I waited 20 minutes before it was washed. I paid close to 200 dollars and 15 dollars tip. At home I realized that the new highlights were 2 degree cooler than the existing one. When I called them to ask if they have added toner, the lady who answered the phone was very dismissive and rude. After putting me on hold and interrupted me when I was tryin to explain the issue, she came back on line and told me I should pay anothr 50-60 dollars to have a toner. It will be my last time at this salon.This was not a nice, honest or professinal way to deal with customer. I may bring that up with Fiorio's management.

I love Fiorio. It’s my happy place! Everyone is so kind and down-to-earth. Being there is like a warm hug. Tianli and Carolyn are so helpful and patient with scheduling appointments. Lori, Hadia and Nasim are so kind and talented and easy to relate to. The blow outs are so beautiful here and last forever. Great prices too.
