Fountain Tire

Great prices and fast service just needed my wifes summer tires balance and was in and out 30 mins first thing on a Saturday morning.

Very poor customer service. I called in advance to book my car in for tire balance, rotation and to patch one of them. The rep said come in the following day at 3 and they would do it. I left work the next day early to get there before 3 and then was told they would do it at 4:30 if they had the time. At 4 they took my car in but I was missing the wheel key. I told them the key was at home and I could get it in less than 10 minutes since I live close by. He then changed his mind and said they couldn't work on it now, even though minutes before he said they wouldn't start on it until 4:30. The rep had zero customer service/people skills and was very dismissive and unconcerned that my time had been wasted. I left and went up the street to Canadian Tire. The staff at Canadian Tire were great and not to mention half the price. I would say avoid this Fountain Tire location at all costs. There are many other options in Maple Ridge. If you do need a Fountain Tire for service, go across the bridge to Port Kells. The location there is great. I have sent many of my work vehicles there without issue.

I’ve had tire/wheel related services twice at this location now. The first time, they squeezed me in last minute and took care of me. The second time, I booked an appointment and it was a very smooth experience. Professional and honest folks at the front desk. Nice, clean waiting area. I’ve previously been dealing with a big box outlet and they were always just too busy. Glad I’ve found a reliable place to deal with from now on!

The shop was able to take in my when I was desperately looking for a place to swap out my summer wheels for my winters. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Definitely will keep your shop in mind for the future

I gave a 1 star review a few days ago because of a situation that happened. I was awaiting a call from the owner on Monday BUt he called on Saturday (nice). We had a lengthy discussion and Gave me insight to what happened and why. I accept his explanation so have changed my rating to 4 stars.

Nothing here for the average person but poor management and customer service. Had some new tires put on at my work city location but this place won't honour a Fountain Tire" corp warranty even thought my car is in there corp data bases. Made me drive back to my work area on one of those mini tires. Thanks for your concern for customer safety!!! He did however offer to completely rip me off for $45 to fix a flat where as most places charge $20 or free as good customer service. BTW Langley Fountain Tire is the bomb!!!***UPDATE***Corp likes to reach out with a comment (see below) but it's just an act. I replied and nothing but crickets. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION if you are expecting customer service. BTW CORP...this is exactly why people go to Costco for tires."

Stranded with a flat on a snowy day when the shop was super busy. They helped me out when I was in need, were really nice, and sent me on my way in record time.Pros!

Beware for any flat tire service. They are scammer here who will make you pay.I came to this shop for a flat tire because my other shop was busy could not fix it for me on time for me to go to work.I met the first front office person. He was nice and told me it would cost me $65 for this flat tire and should be done in 1-2 hours.Well, once my car was sent in, a gentleman named Dale (manager) came up and told me that I needed 4 new tires. They could not fix my flat tire. He brought me inside, and it looks like one of the staff was trying to get this fixed. Unfortunately, Dale said they could not fix it and will need 4 new tires (cost over $2,200).I trusted him and bought 4 but then changed my mind to just buying 2. I want to bring the flat tire to the usual shop that I went to.Surprisingly, my usual shop can fix my flat tire the next day. I have now ended up with 2 new tires and paid over $1,100.You'll be the judge. Don't get scammed.When you lose your trust and honestly to your customer, your business won't last long.

Bought Goodyear tires from them but they never mentioned any expiry date/end of promotion date. When I called because I couldn’t process the rebate online they told me to go to the website for Goodyear and call the number on the website. There was no number on the Goodyear website so I had to google it. Once I got someone in the phone I was asked to call a different number. They said they couldn’t help abs asked me to send an email and i got a response saying they couldn’t give me the rebate so I should go back to the dealership. What a waste of time. Bad and uninformed customer service and poor business ethics. Would not recommend purchasing tires from them, Goodyear or any other.
