I don't understand how it takes so long to full in am area. Bottom of hill done and filled in. Top of hill Don and filled in. Middle of hill done and not filled in. And middle was done before the top was. Asked them how is it possible to take so long on on section of road when it didn't take this long on other sections. And crew on site couldn't answer me.
