My experience was good, splint made and a dumb and dumber chipped tooth fixed for a reasonable amount of money. I don’t look like Lloyd Christmas so I’m happy

NASTY. Saw Dr Brouwer had a tooth removed, was not frozen enough hurt like hell. Then great pleasure was taken in showing me the chunk of meat" that hadnt frozen properly. No remorse no apology. THEN when referred to another dentist

The worst place I would not recommendI normally don’t post any google reviews. I never ever had a bad experience but walking in to this clinic was a nightmare.The receptionist was horrible , very obnoxious stuck up and very rude . The environment was not welcoming at all.I initially called this clinic and asked for the retainers price . I was quoted from $70 low end to $300- high end . So I finally got my boyfriend ( who lives in city ) to drive me there.I went to this place because I urgently needed retainers for my veneers/ crowns because my dentist is out of province .When I walked in , the dentist came and we had conversation then he asked me questions like “how much did I pay for my all my crowns?” I was very friendly as I thought he was trying to make conversations. I did not know he is now going to change the price.Finally they took my impressions, as I walked out and approached the receptionist. She double/triple charged me on everything. I see the code there . There were double lab fees . And they were offering me the cheapest retainers for 500$ . Everything switched . I wasted my time coming to this clinic .There are a lot of other dental clinics in Fort Saskatchewan that are far better than this .My overall experience was terrible with this as prices changed last minute and staff was very unprofessional.

So helpful! At the tender age of 18, uninsured, in pain, and desperate, I called this dentist and said i have no money, my tooth hurts, and i need help. They welcomed me like an old friend, let me pay almost 2 weeks later, amd charged me a minimal fee! After every other dentist turned my broke self away, this man was there. And to top it off he did a great job! Theres nothing better than knowing your dentist has a big heart and truly cares about his patients!

Came here several years ago for a second opinion, after being overcharged and told I needed 4 fillings. They checked and didn't do any work! We were just gonna 'watch' 2 teeth for possible future fillings... went from needing 4 fillings to none! Have been with them ever since! Absolutely love this clinic and the people that work here!! They are always kind and a positive environment! And our kids actually enjoy coming to the dentist!! Thank you!

Very quick, friendly and helpful! Went in for wisdom teeth removal and they were honest with me right off the bat. They could do it, but didnt have the ability to give me a stage 4 anesthetic. I was refered to another place, and even though they lost business, it was better for me. Great staff, friendly doctors, and very helpful :)

I have always received friendly, honest and informed care. They explain exactly what they are going to do, why they are doing it and how much it will cost.

I was having sudden, extreme pain in my tooth and called the office ( in a bit of a panic!). Brianne was helpful, reassuring and amazing. She quickly sought out the treatment I needed to get relief, and I am so thankful! We’ve been going to Doderai dental for a long time and this is the kind of experience that we have come to know and expect from them - Amazing! Highly recommend!

From the time l walked through the doors until the time l left, l was treated with kindness, concern and patience by their dentists and employees. The work they have done on my teeth has always been very thorough. Also compared to the majority of dentist offices l find their prices to be very reasonable.When l told them l was nervous they went out of their way to help make me feel relaxed and comfortable. l come from another City quite a distance away just to be treated there because l feel their work dental work is so proficient.
