Your customer service is terrible. And trying to get anyone to talk to on the phone is brutal. Ever since new management took over awhile ago I have lost all faith in working with you.

Slow and Painful. That's their service promise! Sorry guys but 2 months or longer to repair a pump is not acceptable. That's on top of the 2-3 weeks it took to get me an estimate on what the damage was. So now we are into 3 months, and I still don't have my pump. Your prices warrant immediate repairs. Waiting a 2-3 weeks for a quote for repair, then a month for parts, and another month to repair is does not meets today's standards. This will be the only time I will ever deal with your location, and will take the pump elsewhere, regardless of distance. We have already arranged this with another dealer who specializes in this manufacturer of pump, which will cost less then Xylem. I will not recommend their services to anyone, and regret making the decision to go in the first place.....

Horrible people to deal with. Mechanics have zero professionalism. They are very rude and disrespectful while talking. Do not deal with them if you are expecting a good customer service. Service is very slow.No body ever answers the phone call.
