The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling and making jokes. They do an amazing job, I'll upload pictures of my nails as I get them done. Everyone in my office asks me where I go they do such a good job.

Took my wife here and she was very impressed.Clean location, kind and olive staff, knowledgeable.

i get manicures every other week & i decided to stop at Crystal Nails because i was in the area... i have never experienced such a painful, messy, rushed manicure & bad/unfriendly service in my life. the lady doing my nails was extremely rough the entire time... my nails were sore for HOURS. while cleaning underneath my nails she was complaining that it was “dirty” (i work with my hands a lot thats why i pay for manicures so my nails look nice)... she poked my nailbed so hard and didnt acknowledge it/apologize at all... she also got nail polish on my skin & in the end when i asked if she could clean it up with nail polish remover she said i can just wash my hands and it will come off at home... she used some kind of base for my nails to “keep the manicure on for longer” thats now made my nails EXTREMELY brittle... i have to cut them so short because they’re breaking. the manicure looked really cheap & the service was just unbelievably bad. at checkout i complained that this was the most painful manicure ever and they didnt care at all. avoid this place!

Good service but time consuming. Expect to be there for almost two hours for manicure & pedicure.Salon didn't appear to be the most clean, they were using paper towels that had previous nail polish stains on it.

I've been going to Crystal Nails for years during the summer. Many of my friends also go here. We all love the service and staff are great. They have all necessary protocols in place for the weird world we now live in. I cannot wait until they open up again.

Had an appointment booked and when I walked in they didn't know of it. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Their colour selection is small so if you have your own, bring one. My pedicure was rushed and no one knew how to do a design on the toes.Will not go back ever again.

Crystal Nails has changed their prices consistently over the last 3 months of me visiting. At my most recent visit, I tipped $15 dollars on a $75 bill. After checking my bank statement, I discovered the Owner completed the transaction inputting a final amount of $100. They steal from their customers. If you are a client of Crystal Nails, I highly recommend you check your statements to ensure they are not stealing your money.
