Compared to all the dealerships we work with, these parts guys are by far the best. They go the extra mile to help you out. That kinda of service is rare these days. Their prices are way better than (again) other dealers, even some of their chrome is reasonable. I have been dealing with these guys for a few years helping us with the used trucks we sell, all brands..The positive for them is, I remember the small stuff and we try to give them more business, they even help us get parts for non PB. And we are only small guys...but they treat us like a king. Highly recommend.

Nice people, but the driveway has so many huge pot holes I'm afraid I'll break a spring driving there, and it's a pretty long driveway.

Very poor customer service.Excellent sales tactics and huge promises, with zero follow through. Takes several attempts to get the correct parts, and these errors cost small business a fortune in time, fuel and lost customers due to excessive down time.Very disappointed with this dealership.

Use to own a Peterbilt and loved the truck. Ayr had bailed me out on a couple occasions at night when my truck broke down and needed to get up and going quickly. Finally in the position to buy another Peterbilt. However have tried 5 times to get a hold of the new truck sales man over the last two weeks. Either no one is in the office or I simply don't get a phone call back when a voicemail is left. Decided to show up week later. No one in sales offices at all. Not even a receptionist to tell you if anyone is around. Waited 5 minutes and decided to buy from somewhere else. What a joke.

been buying parts from Ayr for over a decade, Mike Breen outshines all parts guys I can think of, (except Bobby maybe lol). If the pricing was up to Mike I am sure the world would be calling, too bad about that aspect but great job Mike.

Was towed in there off the 401 few days ago. The service dept. didn't know I was coming but they took me right in and started working on my truck very quickly. Adam who I dealt with was sharp, professional and easy to deal with. They got me in and out within a few hours of me getting there. Very impressed by the whole crew, especially considering the last few peterbilt dealerships I've dealt with have been horrible!!! This place made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Awesome job!

Just an outstanding experience. I went it with an emergency repair and the went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very pleasant to talk to...very helpful as well..the guy at the parts counter went out of his way as well to try and help me out. Absolutely the best service I've ever received. I would definitely recommend them to anybody......great job guys!!!!!!!!!
