Mark was very helpful and responsive. I live in California and purchased a home for my family. He was able to deal with the local contacts for me and get the deal closed without to many problems. When I did incur an issue with my lender he was able to get them to move timely! Extremely happy that he was involved. His experience was a great assistance and the sellers agent was new to the business.

Mark was very professional and accommodating to our requests. He kept us up to date on showings and open houses and provided feedback to help sell our property quickly. He guided us through every step of the way in this process.

Mark was professional and knowledgeable when dealing with our search for our new home. When we met him for the first time in his office he had prepared several properties that met our needs. I began our search online and contacted several Realtors in the area. As one of them Mark stood out with his enthusiasm and willingness to 'go the extra mile'. His walking us through the process and follow-up after closing impressed me.

Mark did a fantastic job of selling our house. He was patient and answered our one million questions. He walked us through the entire process every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable of the area and value of homes. He didn't pressure us, but guided us in making the right decisions. His presentation and marketing of our home was outstanding. He spent many hours on pictures and presentation. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home in Florida.

Mark is the best agent I have ever worked with and I ever will, not that I won’t engage him again for other ventures. When we were house hunting, we were extremely picky to say the least, but Mark was the consummate professional and extremely patient, and I do mean patient! He found us the house we were dreaming of. It’s been 3 years since we moved into our new house that Mark found us and we still think of how he found us the house. It took us 2 years to find this house and all along Mark was patient. He never (not once!) pushed us to just buy a house that was in the market. Most of all he is a man of his word. When I had to sell my 3 flat.....you guessed it right, I went to my trusted friend and agent Mark, he got it sold for more than my asking price!!! Not to mention....fast. I have since referred him to my friends who are looking to buy or sell, and they say the same about my good friend Mark!! I forgot to mention... he’ll also find you good tenants, for your rental property should you need one ( he did for me!).

Mark was able to make this the best home purchase process we’ve experienced from start to finish. His communication and consistent updates always allowed us to know where things stood and what was next in the process. With all of the moving parts throughout a home purchase we found the communication extremely valuable.

Mark is a very special person. He is honest, friendly, and professional. After thirty minutes with him, he felt more like a friend. The way he showed the home we purchased, we felt like we were home right when we first walked in. We looked at the home and then left to leave but before we pulled out of the driveway, wanted to see it again. He was totally accommodating. We then left to have lunch. Decided we wanted to see it again that day. He made time for us that afternoon. He knew all the answers to the questions we had. We would recommend Mark highly if you are looking to buy or sell.
