I was travelling and unfortunately broke the screen on my phone. The staff here were super helpful and accommodating to assist with getting me a replacement, and went out of their way to apply credits to my account to help offset the pain:).Top notch service, if I lived in the area they would definitely be my 1st choice!

Horrible in-store service. The girl ignored the silly door bell thus leaving me to stand outside in the rain, only two customers in the store, post covid. I took my business elsewhere, where they actually value new customers! Fail Telus and koodo.

The in store customer service is filled with toxic employees. Absolute lack of professionalism and serve themselves. Gave my family the run around with a very simple issue and has now caused great duress for them. Do not attend this location.

My goto store, I come in from London because I love the staff here. I got set up on an amazing corporate plan from my work that saved me money and got me more services. Staff is friendly, location is convenient and the renovation is beautiful- thanks Corrie for all of your help!

I recently swtiched back to Telus having gotton a win-back offer. When my sim card did not show up in the mail, the staff here were very helpful, patient, and kind.Not only did they help me sort out my activation, they also help with some other issues regarding my billing cycle and the later than planned activation.Plus they had crayons and paper to pass the time which was rad.

Excellence, full star ratings for sure ~ it's just simple math even quite frankly for myself been with them for many years now, coming from Koodo which Telus owns but been with Telus for years now, my son's phone was unfortunately stolen, and I was able to thanks to Telus get my son another phone ~ grant- it it is on a 2 year plan but I mean at only 7$ a month for the 2 year payment plan, in my opinion decent smart phone ,6½ inch screen by Samsung galaxy series another piece of simple math even for myself , and truly it's necessary that I watch the nickels being spent through the month for real.Telus for me has> HAS ALWAYS DONE ME FAIR < truth.And after this many years of this kind of commitment I don't see it changing, it being Telus commitment to me > decent prices, payment plan, one time of rough financial affairs falling behind my monthly bill I just discussed things through with Telus and a payment plan for the arrears was established, if that's not commitment then I don't know what is.I'll be with Telus for the foreseeable future, so yeah I recommend Telus

My experience at this store was terrific, staff ensured customer safety through various screening processes and sanitizing procedures. I went in to switch from Rodgers to Telus and the employees made the experience easy and hassle free. Tyrell helped me through various questions,(and believe me I had many) he was very helpful. If I could rate above 5 stars I would. I strongly recommend using this store.

NEVER ONCE have I been in this location and had the impression that the employee gives a **** about ANYTHING when it comes to the customer.I don't know who runs this place, but customer service is LACKING VERY VERY BADLY. The Telus standard I guess.If you hate your job and you hate helping people and you hate customer service, you need to be OUT of the customer service industry.

As a new smartphone user, I returned to the store yesterday for some assistance and both the young lady I spoke with in the morning and the young lady who assisted me in the afternoon went out of their way to help me. They did not make me feel stupid for not knowing how to use the phone properly. I would recommend this store and certainly appreciated their help.I went back about two weeks later to get a case, screen protector and a cable. A young man ,named Jerrid, helped me and was very pleasant. The fact that they are so helpful and greet you with a smile will keep me going back .
