Ray has been more than professional with helping me with my Acer laptop! Helped me free up my storage and to make sure I was the only account linked to the computer (As it was previously owned) He also made it load faster. I contacted Ray in January 2022 in need of a home visit. He was unable to accommodate my request due to COVID, but provided me with a fix over the phone (i.e., no charge) that made such a huge improvement in my computer system that I didn't need to contact him again until recently. He came to my house, exactly at the time scheduled, and provided me some much-needed system back-up advice. I will be contacting him to schedule another visit so he can install a solid state hard drive for me. I would recommend Ray's services.

Ray (APCDoctor) gave prompt and professional service and completely fixed my PC problems. He also gave some upgrade advice and maintenance tips. Billed a very reasonable amount of time for the job. Excellent service. Professional, polite and friendly demeanor. I don't give 5 stars lightly - they are well earned! I recommend APCDoctor.

I have used APC Doctor in the past and had a good experience so I knew that my computer problem would be handled accurately and efficiently. And so it was. I texted Ray in the morning and was able to drop off my PC right away. He was quick to communicate with me to keep me in the know and diagnosed the issue promptly. Thanks for being so patient and explaining everything to me in normal words!Would definitely recommend and will be asking for his assistance again in the future :)

Needed urgent support to get my P/C back up and running - Knew no-one in the area since I have just moved from Bc to AB - Anyway came across Ray at APC DOCTOR - we spoke briefly - he said bring the machine over ...
