Had Tee as my nail artist! She was very sweet and kind. Definitely understood what i wanted and made my nails perfect. ♡Will definitely be coming back in a couple weeks. Thanks Again Tee*photo was taken just now. I forgot to take one as soon as i left the salon*

I got a full acrylic set , two days later there was a crack in the nail then it broke , I got it fixed , then two more cracked and broke , got those fixed and they looked way different then the rest , then they cracked and broke again … now 6 out of 10 nails have cracks in them , I will not be going back.

Treated ourselves and got our nails done before my daughter goes to Kindergarten tomorrow! Amy and Nina were very friendly and nice.

Went on their website yesterday to book an appointment for today 12:30. I got a confirmation email and everything. I get there about 10 minutes before my appointment and the place is closed. On the door the opening times sign says it’s open 11-5 on Sundays. It has happened another time before where I had booked an appointment online and when I got there, the person I had an appointment with had just taken someone else and was not available for me. I had to wait until someone became available. Why even offer to book an appointment on your website…??Also I don’t find them very friendly there at all.So today I drove to another place nearby called Paradise Nails & Spa and was taken in immediately by a friendly lady. She did a great job on my pedicure. This will now be my go to place for my nails.Will NEVER go back to Royal nails.

nice ladies but very sloppy and lazy nails. the nails didn’t look like shapes they looked like blobs and i had to file the nails myself when i went home. (this picture is after i filed them) don’t go here if you want presentable nails. Go to people who take pride in their work rather than people who see it as a chore.
