They said they wouldn’t refund the money, exchange only. Good luck when you buy any item as a gift for someone. Also the items are very high price compared with other shops.

Purchased a glass screen protector for $39 and when I returned home I could hear bubbles crackling when I pressed the screen, and the right and left side of the keypad as well as apps on each side didn't work. I returned the following day and she fiddled with my phone and asked if it was better. At that moment it was however when I was home again I could still hear the bubbles, and the keypad was still glitchy ( my phone is less than 1 month old). I went in again today to have it fixed and as I arrived at the kiosk I saw a on break (with phone number) sign." I called the number after waiting for 5 minutes and she told me she would be another 15 minutes

Had battery and screen replaced on my phone. Battery has noticably worse life, and new screen is obviously a knockoff because it glows when displaying black. Samsung's use OLED displays which do not illuminate black pixels.Do not have your phone repaired here. They're ripping you off.

Best cell phone repair place in town.I brought in my smashed phone the staff ordered screen for me for the lowest price other than nearly repair shops and got it fixed for me perfectly.Also bought a new case and screen saver for very reasonable price . Really fast and friendly service. Will recommend 5/5 stars.

Took my phone there for battery and screen replacement. $330. Had to go back once because the phone wouldn't charge after I got it back the first time. No big deal. Everybody makes mistakes. When I got it back the second time there were huge gaps between the frame and back panel. I'm sure everything will be resolved. But having to go back twice has made this a bad experience

Mobilinq Kiosk and the two employees are very awesome. I have bought a Samsung 10 in for a screen replacement before months and they were able to swap in in a couple hours. Took in my wife's iPhone with a bent frame... Fixed with no issues.Finally took in my OnePlus android and they clearly told that they have never fixed it before but if i like they can give a try , so i went for that anyway . They asked for a week and in 3days I got my screen fixed.They kept me informed of the status, quoted me a competitive price (shopped around), and fixed it even before their deadline.Great service and highly recommend

Excellent service at the best price. The sales girl at the Kiosk provided the top notch service. My iPhone 12 screen got damaged, As I work on the mall and seeing the Mobilinq Kiosk most days I always noticed the happy customers at the Kiosk also very clean at all times, so I didn't give it a second thought. I went the associate asked she give me quote and find it reasonable so I went for it , got my phone fixed in 30 minutes. I was very happy with service. Later my friend told he got his phone fixed which same model as mine but on a very high price from somewhere else .Thank you so much for top notch service and excellent price.
