MINISO

This miniso is has the rudest manager to ever exist. Yesterday she accused me and my sister of breaking a cup that we never did. She came to us rudely screaming in the middle of the store and telling us that we broke. When we attempted to leave she started to scream across the mall. I have since then contacted minisos customer service and taking further action. Also it was later confirmed by another worker when I went back that the manager was mistaken and I didn't break the cup. It seems this miniso had had problems with that shift manager" for some time as seen on the reviews and has done nothing about it. When I left the store there were customers that came up to me saying how this location is very rude."

Wrost ever experience . I am over charged for an item and then the manager can see it .An item it marks as 7.99 and she went with me checked that it marked. Though she said she can’t prize matchAdditionally I am not informed verbally that it is for this amount and a final sale .So they don’t return it as well . So pathetic . I am adding the images up hereNo one fights for 5$ you fight for worst shopping experience and then informed we do not prize matchIt is not a prize match when you buy the thing and it is clearly written its prize there .

It was a really nice store. Def need to buy some products to see how the quality stacks up but look wise it looks great, affordable and looks like great quality. Guess time will tell

Pathetic customer service and horrible store. Store manager is not only rude and showing discriminatory attitude toward customers.Never go to any location of Miniso including this one. Their store refund policy is so bad that even they give you different item in identical pack. This is what happens to me and now they are refusing to return. Another setback of the Miniso is if you happen to buy any product from Miniso outside of your home location you can not return a damaged product to your home location. You have to go back to original location to get exchange and refund of the product which may cost more money then a Product. Big box store are far more better than these cheap stores in return and refund policies.

I love this place too as they have unique kinds of product. I am glad to see them open at Bramlea city centre beside the Pickle Barrel. Great location and worth visiting again. You will find pictures of unique products. Remember, products they offer are small and convenient.

Store leads call themselves managers. Manpreet being one of the so called Managers. Don't know their own company policies, made me take 2 trips to the store just to exchange something (which was still not done) . Effin done with these incompetent workers.

Good store with cheap and exclusive stuff. They have these grab bags for $14.95 with surprise miscellaneous/ assorted goodies in them. I love the colour tone of their products, neutral and sober!

I was shop at the erin mills location on June 24 2023. Staff :CA1804 .When I shop I was accidentally and broke a cup on the shelf. I knew I have to pay for it anyways. But She act like I'm a thief and keep shaking her head. I'm not refuse to pay for it. Only 10 dollars product. I tired to talk to her . I recommend the shelves product should be more safe. But her attitude is so rude and means. She blame on me and made me look like im a thief . I'm the person come to rob the store or something. I went to cashier with her. She yell to me are you have to pay for it. I told her im going to pay for it. Im not run away. But she is on fire then start yell of me. It is 10 dollars product. It isnt a million and unlimited come on relax. 10 dollars is like a dollar now a day . I don't want to fight with her. Seem she never education how to deal with customers . She stress out to communicate with customers. She can talk to customer by many ways. But she chooses the worst how to communicate with customer. After I wanted to get her a name. She refused to give it to me. This location service is so bad compared any dollars shop. The person are without any smile at work . Hair is messy. She looks like a a zombie can't normally communicate with client. We are customers come to shop have a good time and feel welcome back with any situation in store. I can't believe I have to compare Miniso to dollars shop customer service . Please follow up the location customer serive and mangerment . The minimum the stuff has to tie her hair and wear makeup to work. And she really need a education and upgrade her customer services. So she can grow at Miniso company in future.

the manager named Manpreet is really rude she need to be fired because she does not know how to talk with customers, try Hiring a good manager who knows customer service skills then your sales will be up

Unprofessional staff, they need to be trained better in customer service. I went to the bramalea city center location around 630 pm on Friday Dec 23. Their was one Indian girl working cash and another one that I saw walk away from cash when I approached her I saw that she was helping a customer so I waited for to finish so I could ask her a question, since the cashier was busy checking out customers. When I approached this other Indian worker she ran off and told me she was going on break and told me to ask the cashier. So I waited in line just to ask for the price of something.
