The owner has basically nothing to do with this store, and it shows with the take it or leave it" attitude from the workers

This store has so much to offer! My dog and I love to visit and see all the great options. The staff is wonderful and helps me with all my questions.

I recently moved to this neighborhood and shopped at this location twice. The staff is Not sympathetic. Dealt with the lady both times, buying food for my picky dog and enquiring about other brands- she was in a rush, not at all helpful and spoke with a very authoritative tone. I'll rather drive further and shop where the staff is more customer oriented.

Great place to shop for your fur frens! The staff are great, everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Our Shiba Inu's love visiting and are treated like family.

Everytime I come to this store the man hovers over my girlfriend and I as if we're thiefs. He dosent ask if we need help with anything all he dose is circle around us. Extremely rude and I feel like I'm being judged. We won't be returning

A very disappointing experience, not through the fault of any employees, but because of “the system.”Tried to return an expensive set of dog boots for store credit (not cash refund), unopened, with the store price tags still on, but could not find the receipt. This attempt at a return was made well within the store’s 30-day return window. “The system” would not accept the return without a transaction number printed at the bottom of the receipt, unless store employees spent potentially hours searching for it in their files (which I did not want to make them do).Finally found the receipt and tried to return but now “the system” will not accept it because it is later than 30 days.It seems “the system” is designed to minimize returns at the expense of customer satisfaction. A very poor choice. I can’t see myself buying anything there again if there’s a chance I have to return it.

Went there 1st time...saw older Man w dark hair...didnt say anything...leftCame bk again...Extremely very helpful cashier...dark skin..forgot her name...gave us a couple samples which my Dog Loves...so now we shop there...seen her several times...our Lamp and Brown Rice that we usually buy was unavailable...so This Girl was Outstanding and so full of information...Thank You
