It’s been almost a year since I got my new pair of hearing aids from this clinic. Thank you, Maria and Ling, for your excellent service and for helping me choose the best hearing aids that fit my needs! They are also both friendly and accommodating to their patient!Before I came to this clinic, I had my old hearing aids for almost a decade. I had a hard time hearing from a speaker. I had to take off my hearing aids when I need to use the phone to call. Until then, when I met Maria and Ling, they gave me brand new hearing aids, which is the Bernafon Viron 5. They helped me hear better. I can connect them to my phone, and it allows me to call without I am having them removed. I can listen to music and listen to my family at the same time. The new hearing aids changed my life a lot and made my communication with others so much easier!

My experience at Surrey Hearing Care has been astronomically delightful. The staff are professional and dedicated in helping me with my hearing loss. The are very efficient at there profession, I had a hearing test booked and that day I walked out with hearing aids. They have been very helpful, kind and caring throughout the whole process. They have truly made me feel like they actually care about me, and not just another customer. I highly recommend them!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist who helped direct me for my appointment. The audiologist was very supportive of my current hearing situation and is very knowledgeable. No complaints, friendly and professional environment. Would recommend to any relatives or friends in need of a hearing specialist.

I have found him to be knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented, diligent and focused on working through the various issues in getting g my hearing aids tuned correctly to suit my particular needs. Sebastian Santos-Greaves is the most thorough and wonderful practitioner at Surrey hearing Care. I have a lot of difficulty with my hearing and a multitude of health issues. He was extremely patient and kind and a great listener. He kept me updated by emails and was open to phone calls even without appointment times set. I had to see him a few times to resolve my hearing issues and he was the best at handling my hearing needs. I’m won’t go to any other place as no one else could provide this great service. Sebastian is very courteous , polite, helpful and knowledgable about the hearing aid.. he thought us everything about what we need to know. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Also, Maria will make sure that you are in great hands, she will follow up if our needs are met.. Thank you very much
